● Grew Restore Corps from a completely volunteer team of two to a team of eighteen employees in 5 years

● Sitting member of the Tennessee Human Trafficking Advisory Committee (formerly the Tennessee Governor’s Anti-trafficking Task Force) and stakeholder/advisor to the Tennessee Human Trafficking Services Coordination and Service Delivery Plan, a statewide plan for delivering services to survivors of human trafficking
● Participant in Southeast Region IV Health and Human Services Human Trafficking Workgroup .
● Responsible for the development of a collaborative model and partnerships for service and strategy with federal, state, and local law enforcement as well as judicial systems
● Daily demonstration as subject matter expert, core programs, operations, and business plans
