Tina McElravey, MPH, BSN, RN, NHDP-BC, is a public health nurse who served twenty-eight years in a large metro health department. She currently serves as a HRSA Project Coordinator for the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Nursing. 

Tina received her MPH from East Tennessee State University, her BSN from the University of Memphis, and a post grad certification in Applied Epidemiology from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She is board certified as a National Healthcare  Disaster Professional.
