OBJECTIVES

1. Outline the mechanisms of medication therapy management (MTM) as a service provided by pharmacists
2. Describe the TennCare MTM Pilot Program as proposed and amended that aimed to improve medication management across the state
3. Detail the initial results of the program, overall and within select subgroups of the TennCare membership
