Joshua B. Dougan serves as an Assistant District Attorney General for Tennessee's 26th Judicial District. Under the leadership of District Attorney General Jody S. Pickens, he represents the State of Tennessee in prosecuting crimes involving domestic violence, stalking, and sexual offenses. 

A graduate of Union University and the University of Tennessee College of Law, he began his career in private practice before moving into a prosecutorial role. Josh lives in Jackson with his wife and their four children.
