Supporting Interdisciplinary T3 and T4 Translational Research to Improve Population Health and Health Equity

 



 

        

 

Overview:

This monthly series will include presentations of successful and sustainable pragmatic interventional designs or programs with the greatest implications for improving population health and health equity. The events will as well provide a forum for exchanging research ideas and presenting preliminary work, particularly by junior faculty, and facilitate growth and collaboration in population health and translational research. Attendees will be engaged in discussions about impactful evidence-based practices and interventions that improve health outcomes at the community and population levels.

Target Audience:

Academics and health researchers, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals, residents, fellows, medical and nursing students, and other health professionals.
